“ WOW. Just WOW. They have joined us at the cruise night this season, first time I have ever tried the food. Completely blown away. The meat was so flavourful and just falls apart in your mouth, the texture throughout the meal, was mind blowing. temperature was perfect, amount of cheese absolutely perfect, everything is just. WOW. I have tried many of Red Deers dining options and have never returned for 1-20 reasons. Usually the food, or service is beyond sub par, and I’d have been better off making a delicious supper at home. These guys, in my opinion, set a standard that is only comparable to granny’s home cooked meals. Very powerful words, I understand. But, you can taste the pride and care in each bite, and it sits comfortably in your stomach. ( I have damaged my stomach, bad food= severe stomach pain for days). BUT, Even now, the next day, I am still experiencing the Positive effects from ONE Sandwich. You guys give an experience that is lacking in our society today. You give a QUALITY experience. I did not have much of a wait time due to my order, but, if I had to wait, it would be with a smile, understanding that kind of perfection takes time. Thank you to the fine folks running this unit. I haven’t been able to enjoy any food outside of home for a long time. Take care, and I look forward to my future meals from your amazing kitchen!! ALSO, This review is over a meat filled GRILLED CHEESE. I can’t stress this part enough, They made a grilled cheese so good, I took the time to write this. UPDATE! Since this review was written,, I have been by one more time,, 1/2 pound brisket. I don’t think there’s words here to describe the quality once again. they somehow made fat have a texture I not only enjoyed,, but willingly devoured. Now as i write this,, I have just finished a FEAST. i’ll break it down to our preferences so it’s personal! I loved everything. comments are this and only this. the beans were too spicy for our taste, BUT. i did eat some, and for someone who loves the spicy, give it a go!! it tastes REAL. The sauces are mouthwatering, and the meat is so perfect, it quite literally makes your mind stop everything and be completely in that moment. from the ladies point of view,,, CORNBREAD IS AMAZING!!! her comment was, it’s a true cornbread, a true smoked cornbread. perfection. The brisket meat was cooked to perfection and the sauce was perfect. it did not overpower the natural perfect taste of the meat. Now a very important thing, the experience. The experience is so memorable, that you find yourself driving across the city, with the radio off. and you only realize it when you’re home. true story. fully aware of course to my surroundings as i’m driving, but so caught up in the experience and talking about it, we forgot to turn the stereo on. Overall. a perfect 10/10 from us all! another WOW. my closing comment is this. If you want this level of quality. it’ll come from your kitchen,, after a few years of practice. ”

“ Hello all! Handsdown the best BBQ in Red Deer! I got the 1/4lb Brisket sandwich w/ Saucy fries. Plus a full rack of Ribs for dinner tonight. The staff workin the 'Shack were 10/10 rockstars. The communication by the team could be heard while in line and they all sounded like they loved their jobs and serving the community with amazing smoked meats. I also got the chance to meet and chat with Tony from Zed 98.9. The local classic rock station. That dude is legit a BBQ Boss, and so passionate about everything that the Craddyshack has on the menu. 100% recommend to any and all looking for killer BBQ. ”

Easy to deal with during the planning stage, provided an absolutely delicious meal with an ABUNDANCE of food that all of our guests enjoyed so much! “ I cannot recommend this place enough. They catered our wedding over the weekend for 170 people. The food was insanely good, and the portions were HUGE. We had so many complements on the food, and there were so many left overs that we were able to feed my family that were camping out for the weekend. “ Absolutely delicious! We chose CraddyShack to cater our wedding, we wanted something different and fun and of course delicious and Aaron and his staff did not disappoint. Not only was the food an absolute hit with the guests, but the staff were equally amazing. My husband worked in Texas for years and he knew he wanted southern bbq for dinner, as I’m sure you can imagine finding good southern bbq in Alberta was challenging, until we found Aaron. The brisket was amazing, the chicken was top notch and the guests a week later have still not stopped messaging me about how amazing the food was. The bonus part of it all was Aaron made sure we had food to take home with us even after everyone was stuffed full, the portion sizes left no one hungry after. ”
